6 months

The 23rd of February marked my being here for 6 months. It’s been absolutely fantastic. I have met so many people from all over the world, which I think is the best part of exchange. I can’t really say that I’ve seen exotic locales, because to be honest, northern Germany looks a lot like the US. Living here, however, has been eye-opening. I no longer feel like things here are foreign, but like things back home are. Lately I’ve been dreaming of when I have to go home. I’m really dreading it because I’m so excited about everything that I am doing here and I don’t want to leave. Next weekend in March there is the last orientation, which is so crazy. It feels like the first one was just a few weeks ago but also years ago at the same time. In April I have eurotour. I’m really excited for that and I can’t wait to go everywhere. From Neuschwanstein and Prague to Venice and Rome. I’m also really excited to go to more soccer games here. I can’t wait for it to get warmer to go out and do more things. Today its -3 to -9 Celsius. I will definitely write more then.
